摘要
2019年8月,"和平列车"医疗队在老挝执行任务期间,遇中国游客车祸事故。该文总结了医疗队从演练转为实战参与救援行动的具体做法和经验,在分析存在问题的基础上,提出改进措施及应对方案,旨在为提高境外实施突发应急医疗救援行动提供借鉴参考。
In August 2019,the"Peace Train-2019"medical team encountered a traffic accident involving Chinese tourists during its mission in Laos.This paper summarized the practice and experience of the medical team from drill to actual combat.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,this paper proposes measures for improvement and response plans in order to provide reference for improving the implementation of emergency medical rescue in foreign countries.
