摘要
目的采用工作分析方法研究军事作业能力评价问题,探索军事作业能力评价理论与方法。方法通过现场调研和行为事件访谈等方法收集某部队不同岗位的作业能力相关资料和数据,综合研讨定性分析和定量研究的结果,获得军事岗位作业能力评价要素。结果不同岗位的作业任务和典型作业行为对应不同的胜任特征关键词,形成了不同的作业能力需求。军事作业能力评价可由生理能力、心理能力、知识智力、社会能力、职业技能5个维度20个要素构成。结论应用工作分析方法开展军事作业能力评价探索,可为部队定编定岗、选拔分配、培训训练、绩效考核等提供参考依据,以更好地促进人岗配置优化,从而实现战斗力优化。
Objective To study military operational capability evaluation by means of job analysis in order to explore the related theories and methods.Methods Relevant information and data of military operational capability of different positions at a military unit were collected based on field investigation and behavioral incident interviews.The elements of military operational capability evaluation were determined after integrating the results of qualitative analysis with quantitative research.Results Different job tasks and typical job behaviors corresponded to different competency keywords and resulted in different job capability demands.Military operational capability evaluation could be composed of 5 domains and 20 elements including physical ability,psychological ability,intellectual ability,social ability and vocational skills.Conclusion Job analysis is a good method to explore military operational capability.It can provide reference for the determination of army posts,personnel selection and distribution,training and drilling,and performance assessment.It can also help optimize personnel post allocation so as to optimize combat effectiveness.
