摘要
钻孔灌注桩是市政工程项目中主要的施工形式之一,通常需要通过钻孔、成孔、清孔、钢筋笼安装以及混凝土灌注等环节来提升施工质量。文中以麒麟山与绿道连接线工程为例,对护筒制作与安装、钻孔施工、成孔与清孔、钢筋笼放置等环节施工进行阐述,并总结了若干钻孔灌注桩施工过程中的注意事项。
Bored cast-in-place pile is the main construction form in municipal engineering projects,which usually needs to improve the construction quality through drilling,hole forming,hole cleaning,reinforcement cage installation and concrete pouring.Taking the connecting line project between Qilin Mountain and the greenway as an example,this paper expounds the construction of pile casing fabrication and installation,drilling construction,hole forming and cleaning,reinforcement cage placement and other links,and summarizes some matters needing attention in the construction of bored pile.
