摘要
机制砂替代天然砂在混凝土中应用已经成为了必然的趋势,然而由于现有机制砂存在的本质特性(粒型、级配等),单一使用机制砂作为单一细骨料会影响混凝土的泵送性能。为了解决纯机制砂混凝土高层泵送难的问题,文中从原材料的选择、配合比的调整优化、泵送设备及施工等方面进行分析,为机制砂混凝土高层泵送提供一些思路。
It has become an inevitable trend for machine-made sand to replace natural sand in the application of concrete.However,due to the essential characteristics of the existing machine-made sand(grain type,gradation,etc.),the single use of machine-made sand as a single aggregate will affect the pumping performance of concrete.In order to solve the problem of the difficulty of high-rise pumping of machinemade sand concrete,this paper focuses on the selection of raw materials,The selection of mix ratio,pumping equipment and construction are expounded and analyzed,which provides some ideas for high-rise pumping of mechanized sand concrete.
