摘要
文中对锂矿石冶炼过程中产生的两种工业废渣进行烘干、磨细,与硫铝酸钙水泥熟料混合配制混凝土膨胀剂,并分析不同配比对混凝土膨胀剂限制膨胀率的影响规律。试验结果表明,锂渣本身具有一定的微膨胀效果,用硅铝质锂渣和富含石膏的锂渣与硫铝酸钙水泥熟料按一定比例配制的膨胀剂效果较好,其硫铝(SO_(3)与Al_(2)O_(3)的摩尔比)的比值大约为3,其限制膨胀率和抗压强度符合国家标准GB/T 23439-2017《混凝土膨胀剂》要求的Ⅰ型膨胀剂性能指标。
Two industrial waste residues generated during the smelting process of lithium ore were used for drying and grinding,and the concrete expansion agent was prepaid to formulate concrete expansion with calcium sulfate cement.The test results show that the lithium itself has a certain micro-expansion effect.When the silicon aluminum residue and the lithium-rich lithium and the calcium sulfate cement clinker is well-presented in a certain proportion The ratio of(SO_(3) and Al_(2)O_(3))is about 3,and its restrictions on the expansion rate of the expansion rate and pressure resistance intensity meet the national standard GB/T 23439-2017《Concrete Expansion Agent》typeⅠexpansion agent performance indicators.
