摘要
根据幕墙工程中石材砌筑存在稳定度不足的问题,文中通过排查及原因分析,发现石材尺寸达标率不足、铝合金挂件不合理应用是造成石材砌筑幕墙稳定度不足的主要原因,由此提出了相应对策,加大验收力度、采购符合设计要求的钢挂件等,以期达到既定目标。后期采取了必要的巩固措施,并进行了专业技术、管理水平及综合素质等方面的提升。
According to the problem of insufficient stability in stone masonry in curtain wall engineering,through investigation and cause analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the insufficient stability of stone masonry curtain walls are insufficient stone size compliance rate and unreasonable application of aluminum alloy pendants.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,such as increasing acceptance efforts and purchasing steel pendants that meet design requirements,in order to achieve the established target value.Necessary consolidation measures were taken in the later stage,and improvements were made in professional technology,management level,and comprehensive quality.
