摘要
文中结合海外道路半刚性路面施工工程,阐述高渗高粘透层材料组成设计、制备材料设备,分析乳化剂掺量确定过程及乳化沥青制备方法,探究基层及沥青面层的材料技术指标及配合比设计,经过渗透试验得出了乳化剂、增粘剂的最佳掺量,确定了高渗高粘透层材料的最终配合比及洒布施工方法,为类似工程提供参考。
Based on the construction project of semi rigid pavement on overseas roads,this article elaborates on the composition design and preparation equipment of high permeability and high viscosity layer materials,analyzes the process of determining the amount of emulsifier and the preparation method of emulsified asphalt,explores the material technical indicators and mix design of the base and asphalt surface layer,and obtains the optimal amount of emulsifier and tackifier through penetration tests.The final mix proportion and spraying construction method of high permeability and high viscosity layer materials are determined,Provide reference for similar engineering.
