摘要
成本控制是建筑工程项目管理中的关键环节,合理的成本控制能够有效降低项目成本,提高项目的经济效益。文中以施工预算为切入点,探讨了施工预算在建筑工程项目成本控制中的重要性,分析了施工预算与成本控制的关系,提出了一种新型的施工预算编制和成本控制方法,并结合实例进行了验证,为建筑工程项目的成本控制提供了理论支持。
With the increasing complexity of construction projects,cost control has become a key link in project management.Reasonable cost control can effectively reduce the project cost and improve the economic benefit of the project.This paper takes construction budget as the entry point,discusses the importance of construction budget in construction project cost control,analyzes the relationship between construction budget and cost control,puts forward a new construction budget preparation and cost control method,and combines the example to verify.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cost control of construction projects.
