摘要
文中以广东中山某工程为例,根据管桩连接传统方法对管桩啮合式快速接头构造进行设计,对管桩啮合式接头施工工艺和检测方法展开研究。实践表明,本项目管桩啮合式快速接头连接方案具有操作简单、施工高效、连接质量高、施工成本低等优点,促使基础工程生产向工业化、智能化方向不断发展,在装配式施工方面表现出较高的经济效益。
This paper takes a project in Zhongshan,Guangdong Province as an example,according to the traditional method of pipe pile connection,the construction technology and detection method of pipe pile meshing joint are studied.The practice shows that:the project's pipe pile meshing quick joint connection scheme has the advantages of simple operation,high construction efficiency,high connection quality and low construction cost,which promotes the continuous development of basic engineering production to the direction of industrialization and intelligence,and shows high economic benefits in the aspect of prefabricated construction.
