摘要
EPC模式下建筑工程项目成本影响因素复杂,文中通过文献研究、问卷调查识别EPC模式下建筑工程项目成本影响因素指标体系,运用层析分析法明确各影响因素的指标权重,根据指标权重筛选影响EPC模式下建筑工程项目成本的主要因素,为我国EPC模式下建筑工程项目成本控制提供参考。
The influencing factors of construction project cost under EPC mode are complex.In this paper,literature research and questionnaire survey are used to identify the index system of influencing factors of construction project cost under EPC mode.The index weights of each influencing factor are identified by chromatography analysis method,and the main factors affecting construction project cost under EPC mode are screened out according to the index weights.This paper provides reference for cost control of construction projects under EPC mode in our country.
