摘要
目前,影响装配式建筑发展的主要因素是其造价高于传统现浇建筑。为促进装配式建筑发展,造价控制显得至关重要。文中通过AHP法,对装配式建筑设计阶段、生产阶段、运输阶段、安装阶段进行影响权重分析,选取影响权重较大的因素,并针对前五大因素提出合理建议,降低装配式建筑工程造价,推动装配式建筑发展。
The main factor influencing the development of prefabricated buildings is that their cost is higher than that of traditional cast-inplace construction.To promote the better development of prefabricated buildings,it is crucial to control their costs.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)can be used to analyze the influencing weights of the design,production,transportation,and installation stages of prefabricated buildings,and select the factors with significant impact weights.Based on the top five factors,reasonable suggestions can be made to reduce the cost of prefabricated building projects and promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
