摘要
为检验高新技术企业创新氛围对创新绩效的内在影响机制,文章构建结构方程模型,其中创新氛围为内生潜变量,创新绩效为外生潜变量,隐性知识获取和组织学习为中介变量,研究对山西省117家高新技术企业进行问卷调查,通过SPSS23.0和AMOS23.0对回收的215份有效问卷分析得出结论:创新氛围通过隐性知识获取和组织学习的完全中介作用对创新绩效产生间接影响;隐性知识获取通过组织学习的完全中介作用对创新绩效产生间接影响;经过计算得知,组织学习的作用大于隐性知识获取的作用。高新技术企业以创新为宗旨,为提高创新绩效,企业应注重从外界获取隐性知识,并通过组织学习的作用将个体隐性知识转化为集体隐性知识,才能最终推动企业实现创新。
In order to explore the relationship between innovation climate and innovation performance,the structural equation modeling was built and innovation climate was endogenous latent variable,innovation performance was exogenous latent variable,tacit knowledge acquisition and organizational learning were two mediators.The tool of SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 was used to analyze the statistics and the results are the following:Innovation climate has an indirect effect through tacit knowledge acquisition and organizational learning on innovation performance;Tacit knowledge acquisition has an indirect effect on innovation performance through organizational learning;The mediating role of organizational learning is larger than the mediating role of tacit knowledge sharing;In order to improve innovation performance,high-tech enterprises should focus on acquiring tacit knowledge from the outside and transform individual tacit knowledge into collective tacit knowledge through organizational learning,in order to ultimately promote enterprise innovation.
