摘要
针对丝杠支撑轴承高刚度、高旋转精度和高承载能力的优化设计目标,依据拟静力学原理和局部网格法对轴承主参数进行设计,在此基础上对所设计轴承进行有限元及磨损分析。对接触角、沟曲率半径和挡边高系数等主要参数进行分析和优化,以获得最佳刚度、受力状态和使用寿命,并利用VS和APDL对ANSYS进行二次开发并编制相应的分析软件,方便工程设计人员分析、使用。
In order to attain such goals of optimization design as high rigidity,high rotation precision and high load-carrying capacity of the screw rod’s support bearing,the main parameters of the bearing are identified based on the pseudo-static principle and the local grid method. Thus,the finite-element analysis and wear analysis are carried out. The main parameters such as the contact angle,the groove’s radius of curvature and the coefficient of profile height,are analyzed and optimized,in order to identify the best stiffness,stress state and service life. Besides,the second development of ANSYS is conducted by VS and APDL,and the related analysis software is developed,which will render support to engineering designers.
