摘要
某冷轧厂轧制高强钢出现板形无法控制情况,为研究此问题,利用有限元方法研究张力对轧制力影响关系,结果表明张力可有效降低轧制力。将结果应用于轧制高强钢实践,并辅之窜辊机构及弯辊机构调节板形,最终使高强钢成功下线。
The shape of the high-strength steel rolled in a cold rolling mill cannot be controlled.In order to study this problem,the finite element method is used to study the influence of tension on the rolling force.The results show that the tension can effectively reduce the rolling force.The results were applied to the practice of rolling high-strength steel,supplemented by the bending mechanism and the rolling mechanism to adjust the shape of the shape,and finally the high-strength steel was successfully rolled off the line.
