摘要
针对Watt-Ⅱ型中心臂连杆转向机构组成的重载车辆多轴转向系统,在满足车辆转向要求的情况下进行了尺寸设计。根据车辆在转向过程中满足阿克曼原理,可以确定肘节臂的精确角;利用对称性可将六连杆转向机构转化为以四杆机构为主,建立了转向机构的数学模型。利用MATLAB软件编制了相应的计算程序,求出该机构各精确点的坐标,并计算出机构中各构件的长度尺寸。
In this paper,the mechanism sizes of heavy vehicle steering system composed of Watt-Ⅱcenter arm linkage are designed conforming to the vehicle steering requirements.Vehicle satisfies Ackerman principle during steering,then the precise angle of knuckle arm can be determined.Translated six-bar steering mechanism into four-bar mechanism according to the symmetry,the mathematical model of steering mechanism has been established.After writing the corresponding program through MATLAB,the coordinates of each precise point and the size of the mechanism have been calculated.
