摘要
目前大中小型液压机是一种非常常规的传统普遍智能生产制造机械设备之一,现阶段国内外液压机都有一个无法避免的弊端——能量浪费。文中主要目的就是要消除传统普通液压机中液压机械能量浪费严重的弊端,消除传统普通液压机中液压缸大段快速下行行程的液体压缩问题。文中设计和优化了一台小吨位节能液压机,在此优化的基础上计算了节能液压机与传统普通液压机的能量损耗,对比结果看出传统普通液压机存在严重的能量损耗。
At present,the large,medium and small hydraulic press is a very conventional conventional general intelligent production and manufacturing machinery and equipment.At present,the hydraulic press at home and abroad has an unavoidable disadvantage—energy waste.The main purpose of this paper is to eliminate the traditional common hydraulic press in the hydraulic machinery energy waste serious disadvantages,eliminate the traditional common hydraulic cylinder in the large fast downstroke of the liquid compression problem.In this paper,a small tonnage energy-saving hydraulic press is designed and optimized.Based on this optimization,the energy loss between the energy-saving hydraulic press and the traditional ordinary hydraulic press is calculated.The comparison results show that the traditional ordinary hydraulic press has serious energy loss.
