摘要
内高压胀形设备是基于充液成形工艺,研制的适用于板式充液与管式充液的专用液压机及成形系统,设备具有高精度和多功能的伺服控制特点。文中对内高压胀形设备的伺服控制进行了简单的介绍,阐述了内高压胀形设备的关键技术。
This article introduces the servo control of internal high pressure forming press simply.The internal high pressure forming press was developed based on hydroforming process.It was a kind of special hydraulic press which have forming system function,and was applied to the process of sheet and tube hydroforming.The press had features of high precision and multifunctional servo control.In addition,the technical features and key technology of the press were briefly described.
