摘要
减速箱箱体是全套管全回转钻机减速机构中的重要部件,主要起支撑和连接作用,其力学特性的好坏将直接影响回转钻机的技术性能及使用寿命,因此,有必要对回转钻机减速箱箱体的强度进行分析。文中主要研究对象为Φ2000mm大小钻掘口径回转钻机的减速箱箱体,针对其在实际使用过程中显露出来的体积、质量偏大、力学特性不明确等问题进行力学性能分析;通过建立力学模型,结合ADAMS和ANSYS软件进行静、动态下的动力学对比分析,为减速箱箱体的应用及其进一步优化提供一定的理论参考。
The gearbox is an important component in the reduction mechanism of a full-pipe full-rotary drilling rig.It mainly plays a role of support and connection.The mechanical properties of the gearbox will directly affect the technical performance and service life of the rotary drilling rig.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the speed of the rotary drilling rig.The strength of the box is analyzed.The main research object of this paper is the gearbox box of a rotary drilling rig with a diameter ofΦ2000 mm.It analyzes the mechanical properties of the volume,weight,and unclear mechanical properties that are exposed in the actual use process;through the establishment of a mechanical model,Combining ADAMS and ANSYS software to carry out comparative analysis of dynamics under static and dynamic conditions,it provides a certain theoretical reference for the application and further optimization of the reduction gear box.
