摘要
针对某限位机构振动过程中上移的现象,分析识别出关键影响因素。从静力学分析角度建立了数学模型进行计算,并根据计算结果搭建了验证试验,找出了气动载荷、摩擦因数、倾角姿态、支撑力对该系统的影响程度。采取了增加后限位块支撑力和减小防振块工作尺寸的措施,经实验室试验和实际使用证明了该措施的有效性。
The influencing factors were found about the limit mechanism moving-up in vibration environment.The influence degree of aerodynamical load,friction,inclination angle and support force were analyed by means of constructing static model.The calculation results were verificated by experiment.The preventive measures about enforcing support force on backward limit block and reducing the dimension of anti-vibration were verificated to be effective by experiment and performance.
