摘要
针对车削螺纹和攻丝存在的工艺问题,提出了一种60°密封圆锥内螺纹铣削参数化编程方法。在详细分析60°密封圆锥内螺纹螺旋线几何特性,推导动点参数化坐标的基础上,设计了走刀路线和径向分层,给出了铣削参数化加工程序。通过VERICUT软件仿真,验证了60°密封圆锥内螺纹铣削参数化编程方法和加工程序的安全性与可行性。所给出的加工程序适用于任意规格圆锥内螺纹加工,具有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the process problems of thread turning and tapping,a parametric programming method for milling of 60°sealed conical internal thread was proposed.On the basis of analyzing the geometric characteristics of the helical curve of 60°sealing conical internal thread in detail,and deriving the parametric coordinate of the moving point,the tool path and radial layering were designed,and the parametric milling program was given.Through the VERICUT software simulation,the safety and feasibility of the parametric programming method and the milling program for 60°sealed conical internal thread were verified.The given processing program is suitable for the processing of any specification of conical internal thread,and has high practical value.
