摘要
针对无卤阻燃PP材料的热变形温度、灼热丝起燃温度、相比电痕化指数等进行了测试,并进行了整机灼热丝试验、注射试验和跌落试验。研究表明无卤阻燃PP材料热变形温度达105℃,灼热丝起燃温度达850℃,相比电痕化指数可达600 V,阻燃级别为2 mm厚度5VA,阻燃性能媲美ABS材料;阻燃PP材料注塑的电控盒部件,在整机灼热丝、注射实试验中均无烧穿、变形问题;整机跌落试验,电控盒无断裂、变形和破损问题。可以替代阻燃ABS在电控盒上进行切换应用。
The temperature of deflection under load,glow-wire ignition temperature and comparative tracking index and so on of halogen-free flame retardant PP materials were tested,and the glow-wire experiment,injection experiment and drop experiment were carried out.Research shows that halogenfree flame retardant PP material thermal deformation temperature under load is 105℃,glow-wire ignition temperature is 850℃,comparative tracking index is 600 V,flame retardant level of 2 mm thickness is 5 VA,flame retardant performance is comparable to ABS material.The electrical control box parts made of flame retardant PP material have no burning through and deformation problems in the whole machine’s heating wire and injection.In the drop test of the whole machine,the electrical control box is free of fracture,deformation and damage.It can replace flame-retardant ABS for switching application on electrical control box.
