基于智能手机腕带充气式智能脉诊仪检测3种脉象结果与血流动力学关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于智能手机腕带充气式智能脉诊仪检测平脉、虚脉与弦脉的结果与血流动力学关系。方法选取北部战区总医院中医科2020年3—5月收治的150例患者为研究对象。根据脉诊仪检测结果将其分为平脉组、虚脉组与弦脉组,每组各50例。采用彩色多普勒超声血流成像仪检测3组患者各血流动力学指标。结果弦脉组阻力指数(RI)大于平脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);弦脉组收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)、平均峰值血流速度(Vm)及舒张末峰值血流速度(Vd)均小于平脉组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。虚脉组RI小于平脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平脉组与虚脉组患者的Vs、Vm、Vd比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于智能手机的腕带充气式智能脉诊仪可准确区分平脉、虚脉与弦脉3种脉象,检测结果具有血流动力学的生理病理学基础。该脉诊仪应用操作简单方便、便于携带、可远程移动、便于物联网化,为中医脉诊客观化、标准化提供了参考依据。 Objective To investigate the relationship between hemodynamics and the results of the detection of string-tight pulse,virtual pulse and normal pulse with smart phone-based wristband inflatable smart pulse instrument.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 150 patients admitted from March to May 2020.According to the test results,patients were divided into the normal pulse group,the virtual pulse group and the string-tight pulse group,with 50 cases in each group.Color Doppler flow imaging was used to measure the hemodynamic level of 3 groups of patients.Results The hemodynamics detection showed that the resistance index(RI)of string-tight pulse was larger than that of normal pulse,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),average peak blood flow velocity(Vm)and end-diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)in the string-tight pulse group were all smaller than those in the normal pulse group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).RI in the virtual pulse group was smaller than that in the normal pulse group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Vs,Vm and Vd between the normal pulse group and the virtual pulse group(P>0.05).Conclusion The smart pulse analyzer based on smart phone wristband inflatable can accurately distinguish string-tight pulse,virtual pulse and normal pulse,and the detection results have the physiological and pathological basis of hemodynamics.The device is simple to operate,convenient to use,easy to carry,can be moved remotely,and convenient for the internet of things,which provides a reference for the objectification and standardization of TCM pulse diagnosis.
