面向开放科学的中国学术期刊出版与交流模式重构

Reconstruction of publishing and communication mode of Chinese academic journals in the context of open science

摘要【目的】为应对开放科学给学术期刊带来的挑战,提出构建开放出版与学术交流新模式并以平台思维运营之,以期为中国学术期刊在开放科学下的发展提供理论建议和实践参考。【方法】通过采用文献调研、网络分析、案例分析、思辨研究等方法,对中国学术期刊开放科学实践现状及问题进行分析总结,在此基础上,基于系统分析法提出构建一个以平台思维运营的开放出版与学术交流新模式。【结果】中国学术期刊在具体的开放科学实践中存在多元出版格局未建立、重传播渠道建设轻知识内容服务、开放同行评议任重道远、学术期刊平台运营思维欠缺等不足。【结论】以平台思维运营的中国学术期刊出版与学术交流新模式包括多元融合出版、开放学术交流、科研全流程支持等主要功能。 [Purposes]In order to cope with the challenges brought by open science to academic journals,this paper proposes to construct a new model of open publishing and academic exchange and operate it with platform thinking,so as to provide theoretical suggestions and practical references for the development of Chinese academic journals in the context of open science.[Methods]By using literature research,network analysis,case analysis,speculative research,and other methods,this paper summarized the current situation and problems of open science practice in Chinese academic journals.Then,based on system analysis,it proposed to construct a new model of open publishing and academic exchange and operate it with platform thinking.[Findings]In the specific open science practice of Chinese academic journals,there are shortcomings such as the lack of establishment of a diversified publishing pattern,the emphasis on communication channel construction rather than knowledge content service,the arduous task of open peer review,and insufficient operational thinking of academic journal platforms.[Conclusions]The new mode of publishing and academic exchange of Chinese academic journals operated with platform thinking includes the main functions of a diversified integrated publishing platform,open academic exchange system,and support services for the whole process of scientific research.
