摘要
本文站在辩证分析的立场上,以区分价值规律的长期作用和短期作用为突破点,深刻揭示了两种含义的社会必要劳动时间之间的对立统一关系。本文认为,社会必要劳动时间的计算公式只有一个,适合两种含义的社会必要劳动时间。计算结果的不同,不在于计算公式,而是由于所考察的期间长短不同。第一种含义的社会必要劳动时间只适用于足够长的时期(几十年),第二种含义的社会必要劳动时间只适用于短期(一般指1年)。两者的区别就在这里,两者的联系也就在这里。本文强调,两种含义的社会必要劳动时间同时发挥作用,并不意味着"一物两价"。第一种含义的社会必要劳动时间决定价值,构成市场的长期(几十年)调解中心;第二种含义的社会必要劳动时间决定市场价值,构成市场的短期调解中心。虽然由于供求的变化使得市场价值成为市场的短期调解中心直接发挥作用,但是价值作为长期调解中心依然存在,并且发挥着最终调节的作用。即市场价格围绕市场价值波动,市场价值围绕价值波动,价值是市场的最终(或长期)调解中心。
From the perspective of dialectical analysis,this paper takes the distinction between the long-term and short-term effects of the law of value as a breakthrough point,and deeply reveals the unity of opposites between the two meanings of Socially Necessary Labor Time.This paper holds that there is only one calculation formula for Socially Necessary Labor Time,which is suitable for both two meanings of Socially Necessary Labor Time.The differences of the calculation results don’t lie in the calculation formula,but in the length of the period under investigation.Socially Necessary Labor Time in the first meaning is only applicable to a sufficiently long period(several decades),and Socially Necessary Labor Time in the second meaning is only applicable to the short-term(generally 1 year).The difference between the two lies here,and the connection between the two lies here,too.This paper emphasizes that the two meanings of Socially Necessary Labor Time play a role at the same time,and it does not mean that"one product has two values".Socially Necessary LaborTime in the first meaning determines the value and constitutes the long period(several decades)mediation center of the market;Socially Necessary Labor Time in the second meaning determines the market value and constitutes the short-term mediation center of the market.Although market value becomes the short-term mediation center of the market due to changes in supply and demand,value still exists as a long-term mediation center and plays a final regulatory role.Market price fluctuates around market value,and market value fluctuates around value.Value is the final(or long period)mediation center of the market.
