摘要
中国共产党的技术使用思想是对马克思、恩格斯等经典作家科技使用观的继承和发展。百年历程中,中国共产党的技术使用思想经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期、新时代中国特色社会主义建设时期的理论探索和与时俱进的发展。尽管各个阶段所处的时代背景有所差异,时代课题不尽相同,革命、改革、建设的具体目标也有所不同,但中国共产党立足社会现实、通过合理的技术使用推动社会发展,始终将技术使用服务于人类生产生活的改善,服务于中华民族伟大复兴的目标是一致的。
The idea of the technology use of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is the inheritance and development of the view of the use of science and technology by classical writers such as Marx and Engels.In the course of a hundred years,the CPC’s technology use thought has experienced the theoretical exploration and development with the times in the period of the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period of reform and opening.up and socialist modernization,and the period of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Although the background of each stage is different,the subjects of the times are different,and the specific objectives of revolution,reform and construction are also different,the CPC’s goal has been the same that it,based on social reality,promoting social development through rational use of technology,always uses technology to serve the improvement of human production and life,serve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
