摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高及节能环保意识的加强,具有可持续性的绿色建筑逐渐取代传统的高能耗建筑成为中国乃至世界建筑业所追求的新方向。在BIM模型出现前,预设计阶段、设计阶段及施工阶段作为对建筑可持续性起着决定作用的阶段,往往难以进行可持续分析。而BIM技术的出现,为设计师提供了一个集成多学科的建筑信息模型,使得设计师可以便捷有效地在建筑全生命周期内进行建筑可持续分析。为了在我国进一步推进可持续建筑的发展,研究BIM系统在建筑生命周期内各阶段对可持续设计有利的应用,以及探索基于BIM系统的可持续分析软件与国内的绿色建筑评价标准相结合具有重大意义。因此,本文将以文献分析法、理论分析法对BIM在可持续建筑中的应用及可持续分析方法进行总结研究。
With the improvement of people’s living standards and the strengthening of energy conservation and environmental protection awareness,sustainable green buildings have gradually replaced traditional high energy-consumption buildings and become the new direction pursued by the construction industry in China and the world.Before the advent of the BIM model,it is often difficult to conduct the sustainable analysis on the pre-design stage,the design stage and the construction stage,which are also the stages that play a decisive role in building sustainability.The emergence of BIM technology provides the designers with an integrated multidisciplinary building information model,allowing designers to easily and effectively conduct building sustainability analysis throughout the entire life cycle of the buildings.In order to further promote the development of sustainable buildings in our country,it is of great significance to study the application of BIM system beneficial to sustainable design in each stage of the building life cycle and to explore the combination of sustainable analysis software based on BIM system and domestic green building evaluation standards.Therefore,this paper will summarize and study the application and sustainable analysis methods of BIM in sustainable buildings with literature analysis and theoretical analysis methods.
