摘要
20世纪是前所未有的建筑学大发展时代,建筑理论、建筑艺术、建筑技术及城市规划理论均得到了空前的发展。中国20世纪建筑遗产价值体系的缺失,导致保护与发展工作步履维艰。本文通过对20世纪建筑遗产的定义、特点、价值认定标准等因素的分析,旨在通过遴选指标架构、评价方法选择、评定实施策略等方面的研究,建构保护工作模型,从而逐步建构成熟的中国20世纪建筑遗产价值评价体系。
The 20 th century is an unparalleled era of great development of architectures,when the architectural theories,art,technologies and urban planning theories developed unprecedentedly.The deficiency of value systems of 20 th-century Chinese architectural heritages makes the protection and development difficult.Based on the analysis of the definitions,characteristics,value verification standards and other factors of the 20 th-century architectural heritages,this paper aims to establish protection models through the researches of selection index structures,evaluation method selection,appraisal implementation strategies and other factors.Further,the paper gradually builds the mature value evaluation systems of 20 th-century Chinese architectural heritages.
