摘要
本文通过总结近二十年我国高校规划建设的概况和特点,并与世界一流大学做横向比较分析,提出我国校园规划建设中需要借鉴和探索的四个方面内容:一、"框架式"规划模式及动态更新;二、从社区营造角度的功能混合和有限开放策略;三、基于校园历史的校园风格和文脉延续;四、科研驱动、不拘指标的发展战略——以对我国"双一流"大学校园的规划设计做理性思考和有益探索。
With the summary of general situations and characteristics of the planning and construction of colleges and universities in China in the past nearly 20 years, and the horizontal comparative analysis with the worldclass universities, this paper proposes 4 aspects used for reference and exploration in the campus planning and construction in China:(1) the framework-type planning modes and dynamic updates,(2) the functional mixes and finite opening strategies from the perspective of community construction,(3) the campus styles and context continuation based on the campuses’ histories, and(4) the development strategies driven by scientific researches without any indicator restriction. All these inspire the rational thinking and beneficial exploration for the planning and designs of "double first-class" university campuses in China.
