摘要
冬奥会场馆作为冬奥会的"有形"遗产,不仅需要在赛前进行规划和建设,更需要在赛后进行功能与价值的挖掘,进而充分发挥其社会效益与经济效益。本文基于可持续发展的视角,以1998~2018年举办的六届冬奥会场馆为例,针对赛后利用现状,分析影响其赛后利用的四个因素,并对其应对策略进行归纳总结,为冬奥场馆可持续发展提供参考。
As the"tangible"legacy of Winter Olympic Games,Winter Olympic venues can not only be planned and constructed before the game but also explored for their functions and values after the game,for fully providing social and economic benefits.Based on the current situation of the post-game utilization of the Winter Olympic venues from the perspective of sustainable development,this paper takes six venues hosting Winter Olympic Games from 1998 to 2018 as examples to analyze four factors influencing the post-game utilization and summarize the coping design strategies,which will provide the enlightenment for the sustainable development of the Winter Olympic venues.
