基于电动公交有序充放电的区域电网负荷优化

摘要 为减缓电动公交无序充电造成的区域电网负荷波动,降低电网调峰和运行的压力,提出以减小区域电网负荷峰谷差率、提升电动公交参与调度比例为目标,以电动公交充放电时段、充放电量和动力电池荷电状态等为约束条件的优化方法。采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ,NSGA-Ⅱ)求解最优值,形成的调度指令能引导批量电动公交充放电行为从无序转为有序,抑制区域电网负荷波动的同时,降低了用电成本。仿真结果表明,50%的电动公交接受调度后,区域电网负荷峰谷差率从78.1%降至57.1%。电动公交参与有序充放电调度的比例越高,电网负荷优化效果越好。 To alleviate the fluctuation of regional power grid load caused by disorderly charging of electric buses,and reduce the pressure on grid peak shaving and operation,an optimization method is proposed to reduce the peak-valley differential ratio of regional power grid load and promote the participation of electric buses in dispatching.The charging-discharging time,charging-discharging quantity and state of charge of power battery of electric buses are taken as constraint conditions to the optimization.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)with elite strategy is introduced to get the optimal values.The dispatching instructions derived from the optimization can guide the charging-discharging behavior of mass electric buses from disorder to order,which suppresses the load fluctuation of regional power grid and reduces the cost of electricity consumption concurrently.The simulation results show that when 50%electric buses are dispatched,the peak-valley differential ratio of regional power grid load decreases from 78.1%to 57.1%.The higher the proportion of electric buses participating in orderly charging-discharging dispatching,the better the effect of power grid load optimization.
