高烈度区某高层剪力墙隔震结构隔震层抗拉性能研究 被引量:7

Study on tensile performance of isolation layer for an isolated high-rise shear wall structure in high intensity area

摘要 基于高层建筑在高烈度地震作用下倾覆力矩较大,橡胶隔震支座易出现受拉性能不足的现象,研发了抗拉隔震装置,对其进行定剪切拉伸性能试验,并与天然橡胶隔震支座进行了对比分析。结合某高层剪力墙住宅隔震工程,得到了隔震建筑在5组天然波和2组人工波作用下的时程分析结果,验证了抗拉隔震装置的性能。结果表明:所研发的抗拉隔震装置在不影响水平隔震性能的前提条件下,较天然橡胶隔震支座可提高100%的抗拉能力,能够解决高层剪力墙隔震结构中隔震支座受拉的问题;采用隔震设计后,上部结构设计的减震系数为0.26,隔震后的水平地震影响系数最大值由0.24降低到0.078,隔震后的地震作用降低了67.5%;将该实例中不满足抗拉要求的14个橡胶隔震支座更换成相应的抗拉隔震装置,并进行罕遇地震作用下最大拉应力验算,抗拉隔震装置及其周围的橡胶隔震支座最大拉应力增幅较大,最大增幅分别为22.9%和24.9%。 The overturning moment of high-rise buildings under the action of high intensity earthquake is large.Therefore,the rubber isolation bearing has to provide sufficient tensile resistance.A type of tensile isolation device was developed.Its tensile properties of fixed shear were tested and compared with those of natural rubber isolation bearings.Combined with the isolation project of a high-rise shear wall residence,the time history analysis results under the action of five groups of natural waves and two groups of artificial waves were analyzed.The performance of the tensile isolation device was verified.The results show that the new tensile isolation device can double the tensile capacity of rubber isolation bearings without affecting the horizontal isolation performance,which can solve the tension problem of the isolated high-rise shear wall structure.With the isolation design,the damping coefficient of the superstructure design is 0.26.With the isolation,the maximum value of the horizontal seismic influence coefficient is reduced from 0.24 to 0.078,and the seismic effect is reduced by 67.5%.In this case,the 14 rubber isolation bearings which do not meet the requirements of tensile resistance were replaced with the corresponding tensile isolation devices,and the maximum tensile stress under the action of rare earthquake was checked.The increases of maximum tensile stress of the tensile isolation devices and its surrounding rubber isolation bearings are increased by up to 22.9%and 24.9%.
