配置U形阻尼器的全装配式混凝土框架结构抗震性能试验研究

摘要 为实现全装配式混凝土框架,在混凝土构件和钢构件之间采用套筒转换连接,其中柱-柱法兰连接,梁-柱台阶式工字钢连接。通过对1榀配置U形阻尼器的全装配混凝土框架和1榀现浇混凝土框架进行低周反复荷载试验,研究配置U形阻尼的全装配式框架结构的抗震性能,分析其试验现象和破坏特征、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、延性等。试验结果表明:全装配式混凝土框架中的柱-柱法兰连接和梁-柱台阶式工字钢连接可靠,钢支撑可以有效实现U形阻尼器和全装配式框架在地震作用下协同受力,配置U形阻尼器的全装配式混凝土框架具有良好的耗能能力和延性,延性系数为4.9~6.9,等效黏滞阻尼系数为0.15~0.24;相同荷载下,配置U形阻尼器的全装配式混凝土框架耗散能量为现浇混凝土框架的2倍,U形阻尼器有效减轻了整体结构的损伤程度。 To realize the fully assembled concrete frame,the sleeve conversion connection is adopted between concrete member and steel member,including the column-column flange connection,the beam-column stepped I-steel connection.Cyclic loading tests on one fully assembled concrete frame with U-shaped dampers and one cast-in-place concrete frame were conducted to investigate the seismic behavior of fully assembled concrete frame structures with U-shaped dampers.The experimental phenomena failure characteristics,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation,ductility etc were analyzed.The test results show that the column-column flange connection and the beam-column stepped I-steel connection in the fully assembled concrete frame are reliable,the steel braces can ensure the cooperative working between the U-shaped damper and the fully assembled concrete frame under earthquake action.The fully assembled concrete frame structures with U-shaped have good energy dissipation capacity and ductility,the ductility coefficient is between 4.9 and 6.9,the equivalent viscous damping coefficient is between 0.15 and 0.24.Under the same load,The fully assembled concrete frame with U-shaped dampers dissipates twice as much energy as the cast-in-place concrete frame,and the U-shaped dampers can reduce the damage degree of the whole structure.
