摘要
为规范外墙外保温系统的检测、评估和修缮行为,首先现场检查与检测,作出修缮评估,明确施工过程中的一般规定,重点针对外墙外保温系统裂缝的修缮、外墙外保温系统空鼓的修缮、渗水区修缮、基层墙体处理情况、特殊部位的修缮作出详细规定,修缮工程完工后应进行外保温系统性能检测,并参照国家有关规定进行施工质量验收。
In order to standardize the detection,evaluation and repair of the external wall external insulation system,first of all,conduct on-site inspection and detection,make repair evaluation,and clarify the general provisions in the construction process,focusing on the repair of cracks in the external wall external insulation system,the repair of hollowing in the external wall external insulation system,the repair of water seepage area,the treatment of the basic wall,and the repair of special parts,and the repair project is completed after construction,the performance test of the external insulation system shall be carried out,and the construction quality acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant national regulations.
