摘要
谈判工作难度大的一个重要原因是缺乏科学的方法支撑,全凭主观臆断地决策效率较低、效果较差。为此,构建一种用于建设工程合同谈判的策略模型,使谈判人员能据此进行更富逻辑性的分析论证和判定工作。
An important reason why the negotiation work is difficult is the lack of scientific method support,which is based on subjective assumptions that decision-making is less efficient and has less effect.This paper constructs a strategic model for contract negotiation of construction projects,so that negotiators can carry out more logical analysis and demonstration and judgment work.
