摘要
运用文献综合法归纳分析出38项典型风险因素,建立EPC模式下承包商风险指标评估体系。应用层次分析法和粗糙集理论对风险因素的权重同时赋值,得出风险指标综合权重,利用功效系数法进行风险综合评估。最后,对遂宁市工程项目进行风险评估,为EPC总承包项目风险评价提供参考。
This paper uses literature synthesis to conclude and analyze 38 typical risk factors,and establishes the contractor risk index evaluation system under EPC model.Then,applies AHP and rough set theory to assign the weight of risk factors at the same time,gets the comprehensive weight of risk indicators,and uses the efficiency coefficient method to carry out the comprehensive risk assessment.Finally,carries out the empirical analysis of Suining project,in order to provide methods for EPC project risk assessment.
