摘要
针对机电物资管理业务中物资数据的记录和处理问题,提出基于映射规则和物资管理特定需求的数据流模型和约束模型,并在此基础上建立智能物资管理系统,从而实现整个物资流通过程中数据的精准收集、处理、存储和再生。采用统一建模语言对系统进行建模,基于Django框架开发面向机电工程的智能物资管理系统,通过Nginx+uWSIG的架构方式实现该系统的云端部署,从而完成系统发布。此外,通过某工程的实践表明,该系统能有效地提高物资管理效率并能显著地减少管理成本。
Aiming at the problem of recording and processing material data in mechanical and electrical material management business,this paper proposes a data flow model and constraint model based on mapping rules and specific requirements of material management,and establishes an intelligent material management system on this basis,so as to realize the accurate collection,processing,storage and regeneration of data in the whole material circulation process.Then,uses the unified modeling language to model the system,developes the intelligent material management system for mechanical and electrical engineering based on Django framework.The cloud deployment of the system is realized by nginx+uwsig architecture,so as to complete the system release.In addition,the practice of a project shows that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of material management and significantly reduce the management cost.
