摘要
从已交付EPC工程项目的状态出发,梳理业主方最关注的7类27项评价因素并构建评价模型,利用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价法对已交付EPC项目进行综合绩效评价。最终的评价结果相对科学,有利于军队单位优选承包商。
Based on the status of delivered EPC projects,this paper sorts out the 7 categories and 27 evaluation factors that the owner is most concerned about and constructs an evaluation model.Then,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the comprehensive performance of delivered EPC projects.The evaluation result is relatively scientific,which is beneficial to the military unit to select the contractor.
