摘要 业主是BIM技术应用的最大受益者,也是政府之外推动BIM技术推广应用的最大力量,如何破解阻碍业主方BIM技术推广的因素是BIM技术发展的重要课题。通过文献分析和深入访谈,根据所属关系从主观、经济、技术和组织四方面识别阻碍业主推广BIM应用的12个关键因素,为了确保因素分析的科学准确,通过问卷调查的方式对识别的12个关键因素进行了信度和效度分析。利用ISM模型便于层级分析的特点,对12个因素进行逻辑关系分析,得出阻碍业主BIM推广的因素存在五级递推关系。在对各个层级阻碍因素分析的基础上,提出了业主推广应用的相关策略。 The owner is the biggest beneficiary of the application of BIM technology,and it is also the biggest force outside the government to promote the promotion and application of BIM technology.How to solve the factors that hinder the promotion of the owner’s BIM technology is an important issue for the development of BIM technology.Through literature analysis and in-depth interviews,this paper identifies 12 key factors that hinder owners from promoting BIM applications from four aspects:subjective,economic,technical,and organizational.The reliability and validity of the key factors are analyzed.Using the characteristics of the ISM model to facilitate hierarchical analysis,a logical relationship analysis of 12 factors is carried out,and it is concluded that there is a five-level recursive relationship among the factors that hinder the promotion of the owner’s BIM.Based on the analysis of obstacles at various levels,relevant strategies for proprietors’promotion and application are proposed.
