摘要
本文通过北京市西城区21个老旧小区锅炉房热力管网改造项目,明确了工程特点、可能遇到的问题和重难点,从实际出发,提出了管理措施,为加速老旧小区改造,进一步做好老旧小区改造项目积累了经验。
By analyzing the project undertaken to renovate the heat supply pipeline network involving the boilers in 21 old residential areas in Xicheng District,Beijing,the paper points out engineering characteristics of the project,possible problems to be encountered,as well as key difficult points.It puts forward certain management measures based on the actual circumstances,and contrubutes to enriching the experience for accelerating the progress in renovation of old residential areas,as well as promoting the transformation of the residential areas.
