摘要
滨海核电厂取排水方案设计重点考虑温排水、波浪、泥沙等设计要素,基于技术经济综合比选后形成取排水推荐方案,然后再开展冷源安全防护方案设计,取排水方案与冷源安全防护方案串联式开展模式存在一定的局限性。基于取排水方案与冷源安全防护方案的范围与逻辑关系,从二者的协同研究着手,结合工程案例分析,重点研究了取排水工程整体布置、取水口型式、取水方向、取水流速、海域使用、接口协同等关键技术,为后续滨海核电厂取排水方案及冷源安全防护方案设计提供方向指导和借鉴。
The design of water intake&outfall scheme for coastal nuclear power plant mainly takes thermal plume dispersion,waves,sediment and etc.into consideration,and based on the technical and economic comprehensive comparison to develop the preferred water intake&outfall scheme,Then further develop the design of cooling source safety preventive scheme,while the developing mode with serial-type between water intake&outfall scheme and cooling source safety preventive scheme presents certain limitations.This paper commences on the scope and logical relationship between water intake&outfall scheme and cooling source safety,focusing on the cooperative research,combining the project practice,mainly researches the key technologies,in aspects of the overall layout of water intake&outfall project,the type of water intake,the water intake direction,the intake velocity,sea area use,interface and etc.so as to provide guidance and reference for the subsequent water intake and outfall scheme and cooling source safety prevention and protection in coastal nuclear power plant.
