摘要
我国的海绵城市的建设相对于国外来说仍处于起步、探索阶段,特别是针对山地城市的实践并不多。不同的山地城市有不同的特点,编制海绵城市专项规划时,应结合各自的特点,从水生态、水安全、水环境、水资源、水文化等方面协同道路竖向、场地竖向、排水防涝等专项规划统一协调考虑。结合云南省文山州文山市海绵城市专项规划的编制,对山地城市海绵城市专项规划的编制进行了一些探索,以期为山地城市海绵城市专项规划编制工作提供借鉴。
At present,the construction of sponge cities in China is still in the initial stage and exploratory stage,especially for mountain cities.Different mountainous cities have different characteristics.When compiling the special planning of sponge cities,we should take into account their respective characteristics and coordinate with the special planning of road,site,drainage and waterlogging prevention from the aspects of water ecology,water safety,water environment,water resources and water culture.Combining with the compilation of sponge city special planning in Wenshan city,Wenshan prefecture,Yunnan province,this paper explored the compilation of sponge City special planning in mountainous cities,with a view to providing reference for the compilation of sponge City special planning in mountainous cities.
