摘要
南方某污水处理厂曝气生物滤池工艺在长期运营过程中,存在滤池堵塞及滤板爆裂的问题,使系统长期处于运行不稳定的状态。通过对工艺全流程系统分析,提出改进优化措施,避免了滤池堵塞问题,缩短了曝气生物滤池改造工期,显著改善了曝气生物滤池的运营稳定性和效果。为污水厂曝气生物滤池工艺优化运营提供了借鉴。
In the long-term operation process of a sewage treatment plant in the south,there is aproblem of blockage of BAF and burst of filter plate,which makes the system in a state of unstable operation for a long time.Through the analysis of the whole process system,the improvement and optimization measures are put forward,the problem of filter cell clogging is avoided,the modification period of BAF is shortened,and the operational stability and effect of aeration biofilter are improved.It provides reference for the optimization of the operation of the aeration biofilter process in sewage plant.
