摘要
以北京某再生水厂的启动及运行调试为背景,针对污泥接种阶段、污水试运行阶段进行了简要的分析。再生水厂于2013年12月投入建设,先期完成日处理能力20万m3构筑物的建设,经过单体调试、系统清水联动后,于2016年3月进行污泥接种工作。经过多方研究,最终确定采用"污水井接种启动,接种后污水连续运行"的方式,即将纯剩余污泥泥饼通过污水井卸入系统,并直接与污水混合的方式进行污泥接种,系统启动后直接进入污水试运行阶段。此种接种方式,起到了快速、高效的运行效果。接种调试期间,生物系统水温较低(低于18℃),日处理水量时变化系数较大,与此同时,上游来水逐月增加,但该再生水厂工艺运行一直比较稳定,出水达标排放,取得了良好的环境效益和社会效益。在实际调试运行过程中也出现了一些问题,经分析研究得到了解决,加快了系统的调试速度,这些经验可能对其他再生水厂的运行起到一定的参考作用。主要以生物系统启动过程中,接种污泥量计算、实际操作、污泥培养过程以及调试运行阶段的污泥浓度变化的影响因素进行了简要分析。
Based on the start-up and commissioning of a reclaimed water plant in Beijing,this paper analyzed the stage of sludge inoculation and sewage trial operation.The reclaimed water plant was put into construction in December 2013,and the construction of the structure with a daily processing capacity of 200000 m~3 was completed in the early stage.After the monomer debugging and the linkage of the clean water system,the sludge inoculation was carried out in March 2016.After multiple studies,it was finally decided to adopt the method of"Starting sewage well inoculation and continuously running",which means that the pure remaining sludge cake is discharged into the system through the sewage well and directly mixed with sewage for sludge inoculation.After the system is started,it will directly enter the stage of sewage trial operation.This kind of inoculation method has a fast and efficient operation effect.During the inoculation and commissioning period,the water temperature of the biological system was relatively low(below 18℃),and the variation coefficient of the daily water volume was large.Meanwhile,the inflow from upstream increased month by month,but the process operation of the reclaimed water plant was relatively stable,and the effluent reached the standard for discharge,thus achieving good environmental and social benefits.Some problems also appeared in the actual commissioning and running process,which were solved through analysis and research and accelerated the commissioning speed of the system.These experiences may play a certain reference role in the operation of other reclaimed water plants.In this paper,the factors affecting the sludge concentration during the start-up process of biological system,including the calculation of the inoculation sludge volume,the actual operation,the sludge culture process and the commissioning operation stage were analyzed.
