摘要
热水解作为一种污泥预处理技术越来越广泛的应用于城市污泥处理工序中。其技术特点是运行工艺需较高温度和压力,需蒸汽提供热源,这就导致热水解工序中不可避免的涉及废热蒸汽的排放,以及污泥热水解过程中少量不溶于水的气体的收集和处理。通常情况下,热水解工艺气是通过密闭管道收集,进到消化池内处理的。经取样分析,污泥热水解工艺气中硫、氨、醇类等气体含量较高,一旦泄漏,危害极大。建议根据污泥热水解工艺气的特性和处理规模,有针对性地采取处理工艺和设置安全应急装置。
The thermal hydrolysis,as a sludge pretreatment technology,is more and more widely used in municipal sludge treatment process.However,due to its technical characteristics,higher temperature and pressure are needed in operation,and steam is needed to provide heat source,which inevitably involves waste heat steam discharge and the collection and treatment of a small amount of water-insoluble gas in the process of sludge pyrolysis.Usually,the thermal pyrolysis process gas is collected through closed pipeline and is treated in digestion tank.After testing,the content of sulfur,ammonia and alcohols in process gas will be harmful once it leaks.It is suggested that according to the characteristics and treatment scale of sludge pyrolysis process gas,targeted treatment process and safety emergency device should be adopted.
