摘要
以四平市为例,结合SWMM模型评估了现状合流制排水系统截流能力、分析了现状合流制排水系统最大截流能力,并分别从雨污分流改造、海绵城市建设、初期雨水截流等角度定量评估了城市排水系统污染物的削减情况。结果表明:最大化释放截流干管效能,可以有效提升现状合流制排水系统截流能力。在雨污分流改造的基础上,开展源头低影响开发建设,可以有效削减城市径流面源污染,2018年入河污染物COD和氨氮分别下降了39.7%和33.2%。在此基础上,将原合流制截流干管作为分流制初期雨水截流干管,可以进一步削减城市面源污染,2018年入河污染物COD和氨氮进一步下降了25.8%和15.1%。
The intercepting capacity of combined system is evaluated and the maximum intercepting capacity is analyzed based on SWMM in Siping city.The reduction of pollutants is quantitatively evaluated from the perspectives of rain and sewage diversion,sponge city construction and initial rainwater interception.The results show that intercepting capacity of combined system is effectively improved by maximizing intercepting pipeline capacity.With LID and rain and sewage diversion,pollutants of COD and ammonia nitrogen discharged into rivers decreases by 39.7%and 33.2%respectively in 2018.In addition,by using intercepting pipeline of combined system as intercepting pipeline of initial rainwater,pollutants of COD and ammonia nitrogen discharged into rivers further decreases by 25.8%and 15.1%respectively.
