摘要
农村生活污水治理是乡村振兴的重要环节,当前农村生活污水治理工作难点在于治理设施后续的运维管理,主要存在运维人员技能素质、管理能力良莠不齐,运维智慧化程度不高,设施缺陷突出等问题。柯桥区对农污治理运维模式进行系统性探索,重点从农村生活污水运维“基地建设管理实训化、标准体系制定科学化、技能人才培育专业化、智慧应用研发一体化”等方面着手进行论述,以期为今后各地开展农村生活污水处理设施标准化运维提供指导和建议。
The Governance of rural domestic sewage is an important part of rural revitalization.Now the most difficult part of rural domestic sewage lies on the operation and maintenance of governance facilities,which includes various levels of professional and management abilities,low intellectual management level and flaws in facilities.This paper discusses the governance of rural domestic sewage in Keqiao from the following aspects:more practical in base construction,more scientific in criterion making,more professional in talent education,more integrated in intellectual application research and development.The purpose of this paper is to offer guidance and advice in rural domestic sewage operation and maintenance for world.
