游离氨对脱氮菌的抑制作用、机理及模型综述 被引量:3

摘要 游离氨(FA)制约着脱氮功能菌的产率,直接影响生物脱氮工艺的效率,但至今仍缺乏相关研究的系统总结。针对市政污水和工业废水的生物脱氮工艺,重点论述FA对污水处理脱氮功能菌的抑制效果,分析FA抑制脱氮功能菌的抑制机理,总结FA对脱氮功能菌的抑制动力学模型。研究表明,FA对氨氧化菌(AOB)、亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)和异养反硝化菌(HDB)的抑制效果存在明显差异,FA影响脱氮功能菌的机理存在抑制和灭活两种作用机制,相应的FA抑制动力学模型为现有污水处理厂的工艺设计和优化运行提供理论支持。尤其是利用脱氮功能菌不同种属之间对FA的耐受性差异特性,值得进一步研究其在污水生物脱氮新工艺中的应用。 Free ammonia(FA),which restricts the yield coefficient of nitrogen removal bacteria,directly affects the efficiency of biological denitrification process.Up to now,there was still no systematic review of the related research.Aiming to the municipal sewage and industrial wastewater biological nitrogen removal process,the inhibition effects of FA on the traditional nitrogen removal bacteria were discussed,the inhibitory mechanism of FA on the nitrogen removal bacteria was analyzed,also,the inhibition kinetic model of FA on the nitrogen removal bacteria were summarized.Results show that the inhibitory effects of FA on ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB),nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB)and heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria(HDB)were expressed obvious diversity,the affecting mechanism of FA on the nitrogen removal bacteria normally was included inhibition model and inactivated model,the corresponding inhibition kinetics model of FA could provide theoretical support for the design and operation of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs).In particular,it is worth to further study its application in the novel biological nitrogen removal process by using the difference of nitrogen removal bacteria exposing to FA.
