摘要
鼓形滤网作为保障滨海核电厂冷源安全的核心过滤设备,在应对海洋生物、漂浮物等致灾物入侵时发挥着至关重要的作用,一旦鼓形滤网严重堵塞,将直接导致机组降负荷、停机或停堆。因此,需高度重视鼓形滤网的配置及选型设计,确保鼓形滤网具有足够的应对致灾物的能力,从而提高核电厂的运行发电效益。结合鼓形滤网在核电厂的运行经验和设计实践总结,重点开展了鼓形滤网的整体配置方案、进水方式的性能对比,以及水力计算的关键参数选取等研究工作。
As the core filtration equipment to ensure cold source safety in coastal nuclear power plants,drum screen plays a vital role in dealing with the invasion of disaster-causing objects,such as marine organisms,floating objects,etc.Once drum screen is seriously blocked,it will directly lead to load reduction or shutdown of turbine or nuclear reactor.Therefore,it is necessary to pay high attention to the configuration and selection of drum screen to ensure that drum screen has sufficient capacity to deal with disasters,so as to improve economic benefit of nuclear power plants.Combined with the operation experience and design practice of drum screen in new nuclear power plant,this paper focuses on the overall configuration scheme,type comparison of water inlet and outlet,and selection of key parameters of hydraulic calculation,etc.
