摘要
大中型水电工程项目的移民安置点,受条件限制,往往规划在电站库区附近后靠安置,以糯扎渡水电站景谷县移民安置点为例,对生活污水特性、污水处理效率等进行研究。研究表明水电站移民安置点生活污水COD、BOD_(5)、TN、NH_(3)-N、TP、SS等污染物浓度整体较低,其变化范围分别为28.97~48.70 mg/L、14.07~20.53 mg/L、4.96~18.30 mg/L、0.27~9.51 mg/L、0.35~9.67 mg/L、63.33~129 mg/L;生活污水B/C、BOD_(5)/TN、BOD_(5)/TP比值范围分别为0.39~0.67、0.87~3.92、0.91~58.67,生化性较好,但脱氮除磷不适合采用生物处理工艺;从移民安置点的实际考虑,后续水电站移民安置点生活污水处理工艺建议采用低能耗、低运行成本、维护管理简便的生态处理工艺。
The resettlement sites of large and medium-sized hydropower projects are often planned to be resettled near the reservoir area of the hydropower station due to the restrictions of conditions.This paper takes the resettlement site in Jinggu County of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station as an example to study the characteristics of biological sewage and sewage treatment efficiency.The study shows that the concentrations of COD,BOD_(5),TN,NH_(3)-N,TP,SS in domestic sewage at the resettlement sites of the hydropower station are generally low,and their variation ranges are 28.97~48.70 mg/L,14.07~20.53 mg/L,4.96~18.30 mg/L,0.27~9.51 mg/L,0.35~9.67 mg/L and 63.33~129 mg/L,respectively;The ratios of B/C,BOD_(5)/TN and BOD_(5)/TP of domestic sewage are 0.39~0.67,0.87~3.92 and 0.91~58.67,espectively,with good biochemical properties,but biological process is not suitable for nitrogen and phosphorus removal.Considering the reality of resettlement sites,it is recommended to adopt the ecological treatment process with low energy consumption,low operation cost and simple maintenance and management for the domestic sewage treatment process of resettlement sites of subsequent hydropower stations.
