摘要
针对山岭隧道进洞常见的偏压情况,对广西荔浦至玉林高速公路文圩隧道进口遇到的偏压问题,通过提高偏压侧的钢拱架密度,适当降低非偏压侧的拱架密度,同时施加第二层拱架确保施工安全的异形拱架形式对洞口进行支护,成功解决了常规施工方法开挖对山体的破坏以及偏压可能导致的隧道支护结构破坏等问题,实现了绿色零开挖安全进洞。同时形成了成熟的针对洞口偏压的异形套拱施工工法,对其他类似工程有重要的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the common bias conditions in tunnel entrances of mountain tunnels,the bias problems encountered at the entrance of Wenyu Tunnel on the Lipu-Yulin Expressway in Guangxi were increased.The density of arches;the special-shaped arches in the form of a second-layer arch to ensure construction safety support the opening of the tunnel,successfully solving the problems of damage to the mountain by excavation by conventional construction methods and the damage to the tunnel support structure caused by bias.The green zero excavation safe entrance was realized,and a mature special-shaped sleeve arch construction method for the opening bias was formed.According to the actual application analysis on site,the proposed green zero excavation technology can effectively solve the problem of the bias voltage of the engineering tunnel,and has important reference significance for other similar projects.
